Darina Czakon is an accomplished business development professional specialised in health care and clinical research sectors. Before engaging in fields of sales and marketing carrier, back in 1996 Darina has received honorary diploma in Nursing. The passion of being professionally involved in healthcare division has evolved into keen interest in Clinical Research startup initiatives. Within last few years Darina has played pivotal part in several new business venture projects focused on various types of service provider offering to large, mid-size Pharma. That includes Coutry Study Manager position, certified by Symphony Clinical Research Company.
Driving force behind laying down innovative account management strategies, application of effective new business development approaches have been Darina`s front running characteristics. Her immense ability to create, develop and apply core aspects of business plan have been greatly acknowledged.
In changing times of Clinical Research industry individuals such as Darina driven by passion, high energy levels are vital to ultimate goal of much needed progress. During last decade Darina has been an active participant at industry events focused on finding ways to improve a speed of clinical trials conduct.
Dr Janusz Kabata is a successful entrepreneurial healthcare professional with over 35 years of academic and executive experience in public and private healthcare sectors in Europe, and 25 years experience in various aspects of clinical trial management, including managing central laboratory services as well as home-care services for European and global clinical trials.
As founder of GlobalCare Clinical Trials he developed a network of in-home clinical trial service providers in Europe and Asia. As Director of European Operations and Medical Director at CRN Europe (now Symphony Clinical Research) he initiated clinical trial home-care services in Europe. He established Synevo Clinical Trials, a leading central laboratory in Central and Eastern Europe providing services for more than 200 clinical trials, where he served as Director of Clinical Research and Development. He also founded Nova Medical Polska, the first private ISO17025 accredited clinical laboratory in Poland.
After receiving an MD degree in 1978 and a PhD in biochemistry from the Medical University of Gdansk in 1983, he held the positions of Associate Professor in the Department of Clinical Biochemistry at the Medical University of Gdansk and Visiting Professor in the Department of Hematology at Basel University, Switzerland. As Polish coordinator of the TEMPUS Joint European Project he trained at Glasgow University, Scotland. In 2003 he received an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and Gdansk Foundation for Management Development. He is a specialist in laboratory medicine and public health and is regularly invited to speak at laboratory medicine and clinical trials conferences. Dr Kabata and his wife manage a family-owned general practice in Gdansk.
In 2016, together with Bohdan Tillack, he established MedConsult, a company that, through the European Network of General Practitioners, is dedicated to bringing clinical research to family medicine.

Joana has been a General Practitioner and specialist in Family Medicine since 2011. After receiving an MD degree from the Faculty of Medicine at Porto University, she followed her passion for helping people. She started her professional career in primary care as a family physician.
She has built a base of research and knowledge that brings her background and experience to family medicine practice and contributes to scientific research.
She has worked in regional and central hospitals, which is imperative to cultivate more knowledge not only in main clinical areas but also in public health, in particular the functionality of the health care system in Portugal.
As a General Practitioner, Joana was involved in clinical research and is the author of several public health and family medicine publications. This helped her understand the challenges and limitations of conducting clinical research and the need to capitalize on the knowledge and experience and support her in areas where she can help.

Tadeusz Iwanowski is an executive leader with a broad experience in business/sales management, product development, strategic key account growth and customer relationships, while exceeding corporate goals for revenue attainment in the industry.
With background in Engineering (MSc) and Science/Research/Education (PhD Uppsala Univeristy), where he conducted R&D on life science, by combining analytical approach with practical managerial skills, Tadeusz has managed and developed businesses in various fields: consultancy, telecommunication, IT/health systems, finance, paper manufacturing, fragrance development and manufacturing, photovoltaics. Member of supervisory boards of WSE companies (Stalexport SA, Grupa Kęty SA, Ergis SA). Under period 2003-2015 President of Polish-Swedish Chamber of Commerce.
