IVL Dhunseri Petrochem Industries Private Limited ("the Company") was incorporated on 29th September, 2015 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 by the name and style of "Dhunseri Petglobal Limited" and having its registered office at ‘Dhunseri House', 4A, Woodburn Park, Kolkata 700020 in the State of West Bengal. With effect from 20th September 2016, the name of the Company changed to IVL Dhunseri Petrochem Industries Limited. With effect from 12th May 2017, the name of the Company changed to its present one i.e., IVL Dhunseri Petrochem Industries Private Limited and its Corporate Identity Number became U25203WB2015PTC207942... Dhunseri Petrochem Ltd. is one of the largest producers of PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) Resin in India and among the top ten in the world.
