Biography Adam Keck is Senior Vice President, Director of Managed Services Solutions at Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati, Ohio. Adam began his Fifth Third career as a member of the Bank's Leadership Program in the Consumer line of business. After a two-year rotation, his first role was Officer, Equity Sales Operations and Consumer Loan Specialist Team Manager. Adam managed two teams and focused on fulfilling equity loans. From that role, he transitioned to the Commercial Bank and Treasury Management division where he continues to serve the enterprise. As Officer, Senior Payments Product Analyst he led three Treasury Management products. From this role, he was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Payments Product Manager. In this role he was responsible for Accounts Payable automation solution innovation that achieved 117% to goal in year one of launch and resulted in $1.4 million revenue run rate in the first six months. He was subsequently promoted to Vice President, Director of Payable Products and oversaw key initiatives to drive growth in one of the Bank's most strategic product investments, AP Automation. His efforts resulted in 396% growth YOY in 2020. In January 2022, he moved to his current role. Adam earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Business Administration from Xavier University. His MBA studies included a focus on pricing strategy. After graduation, Adam gained early experience at the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and AGC Automotive Americas before beginning his career at Fifth Third. Adam spends time coaching youth sports in his community including Baseball, Basketball, and Soccer. When coaching Adam focuses not only on helping children understand the foundation of the sport but also ensuring they are developing critical life skills such as teamwork, inclusion and integrity.

Bridget Hall is the Leader of Real-Time Payments for the Americas at ACI Worldwide, responsible for delivering innovative solutions to execute ACI's Real-Time Payments strategy in the region. She has extensive experience in product management, commercial analysis, solution packaging, operations, and finance. Bridget has spent her entire career in payments and finance. After working in a community bank before completing a triple major at the University of Nebraska Omaha (UNO), Bridget advanced to work in the securities industry at financial advisory firms, brokers/dealers, and clearing firms as well as corporate disbursements providers focused on enabling digital payments. She has held a number of roles at ACI Worldwide across the company's Finance and Product divisions, with steadily increasing responsibility and impact, culminating in her current role leading ACI's Real-Time Payments strategy in the Americas. Cross River

Cross River's customers span across several unique industries within financial services. These include gig economy payouts, crypto, gaming, B2B payments, billpay and remittances, marketplace lending, banking-as-a-service and many more. Lastly, Matt's support of the development of Cross River's Cross Border Payments product will help expand access of these best-in-class payment services globally. In addition to serving Cross River, Matt actively participates in the payments industry, promoting instant payments with customers through public webinars with his partners, such as Trustly, and engagement with organizations like NYPAY. Jane Larimer is President and CEO of Nacha, which governs the modern ACH Network, the payment system that quickly and safely moved 31.5 billion payments in 2023. Nacha also develops rules and standards, provides industry solutions, and delivers education, accreditation, and advisory services. Jane has led Nacha since July 2019, guiding the association as it builds consensus to further innovation in the payments industry. Jane has been recognized for her work in advancing the ACH Network and for Nacha as a leader in payments education. In 2022 and 2023, Jane was named one of Washington DC's Most Influential People by Washingtonian Magazine, and in 2021, she was named one of the Most Influential Women in Payments by PaymentsSource. An Ohio native raised in Florida, Jane joined Nacha as its first in-house counsel and has also served as the association's chief operating officer and executive vice president of ACH Network Administration. Jane holds a law degree from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law. Prior to Nacha, Jane practiced law in Atlanta at a firm now known as Bryan Cave LLP.

Biography Matthew (Matt) is a Senior Product Manager at Cross River and oversees almost all things payments with a focus on instant rails. He manages five payments products: RTP, FedNow, ACH, Wire Transfers, Cross River's on-us rail, XPay, and he is supporting the launch of Cross River's international payments offering. Matt has helped Cross River build the infrastructure to support real time payments and keep the bank competitive in the Fintech Banking arena. He's always pushing the envelope and going above and beyond for our clients to meet their needs while following industry and regulatory guidelines. Originally from the greater New York City Metropolitan area, Matt currently resides in Manhattan, New York.
