Gavin Fine

The Kitchen is part of Gavin Fine and Roger Freedman's Fine Dining Restaurant Group in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. A group dedicated to bringing the finest culinary experiences to the area, Fine Dining Restaurant Group began after the creation of Rendezvous Bistro in 2001. Many years and several restaurant additions later, the company is still run by creators and owners Fine and Freedman. In addition to The Kitchen, Fine Dining Restaurant Group includes Bin22, Il Villaggio Osteria, The Bistro, Roadhouse Pub & Eatery, Bodega, Bistro Catering, Cream + Sugar ice cream, Bovine & Swine craft meats, Melvin Taproom & Kitchen and Code Red.

Joe Boyles

Like many successful chefs, Joe Boyles was born into the culinary world. The son of a professional and at-home chef, Joe was surrounded by talented chefs from a young age. Joe's passion led him to culinary school, where he graduated and went on to work in notable restaurants around Kansas City for over a decade. His vast experience opening several restaurants around the city and cooking a variety of cuisine styles then brought Joe to Jackson Hole to join the Fine Dining team as the Executive Chef of The Kitchen. Joe's use of bold flavors and textures sets his style apart, as does his behind-the-scenes focus on leadership, professional growth and team work.
