Alan started his professional career in the early eighties at a Big 4 accounting firm. Before joining our firm in 2001, Alan worked in another Big 4 firm as senior manager in Assurance and Advisory Department for 4 years. He is experienced in planning and performing annual audit and IPOs for companies listed on the Main Board and GEM Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
In recent years, Alan mainly works with property investment, non-governmental organisations, agricultural businesses, pharmaceutical products and high technology clients.
Nickson has over 17 years solid experience in audit, accounting, taxation and corporate finance fields. He started his professional career in 1989 at a Big 4 accounting firm. In 1994, he joined the management team of an international financial firm. In 1996, Nickson set up his own professional accounting practice. He joined our firm in 2000 as Director. He also has extensive professional teaching experience.
Raymond has over 30 years of experience in the accounting profession. He has been rendering auditing and business advisory services to a wide range of clients, both listed and unlisted, across various industry sectors including manufacturing, trading, property, financial and investment as well as non-profit making organizations. This exposure aided him in accumulating significant experience in audit, initial public offerings, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate advisory assignments.
He is a chartered accountant, a chartered secretary and a chartered financial analyst. In pursuit of professionalism, he also passed all the examination papers of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) and attained his membership.
He is a member of the Financial Reporting Review Panel of the Financial Reporting Council. Also, he serves as a member of the Professional Conduct Committee of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is now mainly engaged in serving audit clients and acts as the leader in the technical consultation team of our company.

Pammy has been in the public accounting profession for over 30 years. She started her career in the audit division at a Big 4 accounting firm. During 1992 and 2018, Pammy was a Partner of CCIF CPA Limited. She assumes full responsibilities in recent years for overseeing human resources, administration and IT issues of the company.
Pammy is experienced in talent recruitment and training planning. She is responsible for developing training programs for clients and directors of listed companies. Training topics include updates on accounting, auditing and listing rules, company secretarial and corporate governance principles.
Pammy had served in various committees of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) for more than 10 years since 2004, including the Practice Review Committee, the Professional Conduct Committee, the Small and Medium Practitioners Committee and the Accountancy Manpower Research Advisory Panel of the HKICPA. She was also an advisor of the Executive Committee of a youth organization, Society of Boys' Centres, from 2002-2019.
