Dr. Bogle is a hand surgeon in the Richmond area. Board-certified in orthopedic surgery with an additional qualification in hand surgery, he attended the University of Richmond for his bachelor's degree and the Medical College of Virginia for his medical degree. He did his internship and residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center and completed a fellowship at Wake Forest Baptist Health.
Dr. Shaia is an orthopedic surgeon in the Richmond area. Board-certified in orthopedic surgery, he received his bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College and his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.
Dr. Avery is an orthopedic surgeon in the Northern Virginia area. Barbie has been with OrthoVirginia for most of her career, starting as the Operations Director for Central Virginia Orthopaedics in the 1990s. When local orthopedic practices merged in 2005 she became the Director of Operations at the Orthopaedic Center of Central Virginia (OCCV). When OCCV merged with OrthoVirginia in 2016, Barbie became the Chief Administrative Officer for the West region and later the East region as well. She started her current position in 2021.
She earned a bachelor of arts in psychology from the University of Virginia and a masters of business administration from Averett University.
Dr. Kittredge is an orthopedic surgeon in the Northern Virginia area. Board certified in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine, he attended the University of Virginia for his Bachelor of Arts and Georgetown University for a Master of Science. He received his medical degree from the University of Virginia and did an internship at Roanoke Memorial Hospital before returning to the University of Virginia for his orthopedic surgery residence. Dr. Kittredge completed a fellowship in sports medicine at Jefferson Medical College & Pennsylvania Hospital.
Early in his career Chris was a senior accountant at Deloitte & Touche and a finance manager at Thomas Jefferson University. He became the chief financial officer and vice president of operations of Founders Healthcare before being the chief operating officer for the Department of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Before joining OrthoVirginia in 2019, Chris was the executive director of finance and business transformation at Virginia Commonwealth University Health System.
Chris has a bachelor of science in business from La Salle University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Dr. Novak is an orthopedic surgeon in the Northern Virginia area. Board-certified in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine, he attended the University of Pennsylvania for his bachelor's degree and Georgetown University for his medical degree. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Georgetown University Medical Center and his sports medicine and arthroscopy fellowship at Southern California Orthopedic Institute.
Dr. Jevsevar is Chief Executive Officer and an orthopedic surgeon. Before joining OrthoVirginia in 2022, Dr. Jevsevar was an orthopedic surgeon, professor, and an academic researcher aswell as chair and regional vice-president of orthopedics at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health.
Dr. Mariscalco has been in the Richmond area since 2013, where he is happily married with four children. He is active outdoors and enjoys coaching soccer and participating in scouting activities with his sons.
Dr. Aguiar is an orthopedic surgeon in the Northern Virginia area. Board-certified in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine, he received his Bachelor of Science and his medical degree from Georgetown University. Her experience crosses sports marketing for professional sports, financial services, manufacturing, and health care. Her client work included major consumer brands Virginia Slims, Avon, CorningWare, Advil and Capital One. Prior to joining OrthoVirginia in 2019, she was Director of Marketing for Bon Secours Health System.
Peggy has a bachelor of arts in communications from Florida Atlantic University.
Dr. Caprise is an orthopedic surgeon in the Lynchburg area. Board-certified in orthopedic surgery and orthopedic sports medicine, he attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for his bachelor's degree. After medical school at the same institution, he also completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Hospitals.
