We are a group of optometrists and ophthalmologists dedicated to providing a comprehensive eye care program for your residents. We are participating providers for many insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid, Optum, and Georgia Health Advantage. We are the preferred providers for Pruitt Health Premier and ARIA Care Plans... Our program provides a needed addition to the health care delivery system.
