Biography Adedeji is the Chief Financial Officer with oversight over the financial activities and operations of Imagine Global Solutions Ltd. With over 20 years cumulative experience, he is a veteran Finance Manager and Audit Professional with comprehensive experience in audit of financial statements in the Real-Estate, Insurance and Engineering industries. Before joining Imagine Global Solutions, he was Senior Manager (Audit) at one of Nigeria's largest audit and advisory firms, Ibrahim Adedeji & Co. His experience spans several financial roles including Head of Account, Assistant Finance Manager, Management Internal Control Manager, Accountant and Senior Audit Superintendent across varied industries. Her expertise covers statutory and regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and accounting in accordance with GAAP, financial management and analysis, business analysis, and financial advisory. Adedeji obtained a Higher Diploma in Accounting, as well as Masters in Business Administration from The Polytechnic Ibadan and Ladoke Akintola University Ogbomosho respectively. Biography Dr. Onyekachi Onubogu is a Fellow and Council Member of National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIM). He is an alumnus of both the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, U.S.A and Gordons Institute of Business Sciences, University of Pretoria South Africa. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physics from University of Jos Nigeria and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Swiss Business School Zurich Switzerland. Onyekachi has over two decades of leadership experience in broad multi-functional roles spanning manufacturing, investment capital as well as consumer goods. He is currently the Executive Director Commercial at TGI Group where he is responsible for the Commercial management of all TGI group companies. He started out in Procter & Gamble, West Africa and South Africa where he had business development, brand manager and marketing manager roles between 1995 to 2005. Afterwards, he joined Guinness Nigeria Plc, where he was responsible for strategic marketing in Nigeria. He led the marketing manager for the Family Care Division of Kimberly-Clark, South Africa in 2008. Between 2008 and 2010, he was appointed Associate Director Investment at Prosperity Capital Management, Nairobi, Kenya and was responsible for investment portfolios in East Africa and Anglo-West Africa. Onyekachi had the role of Executive Director Commercial at Promasidor Nigeria from 2013 to 2017. Prior to his appointment as Executive Director he was Marketing Director leading commercial strategy and brand asset management.

Biography Edet Chinedu Udo has over 20 years' experience in financial management within Banking and Manufacturing industries in Nigeria. He is an alumnus of the prestigious University of Lagos MBA and also graduated from University of Port Harcourt with Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics. Edet started his banking career as Assistant Banking Officer between 2000 and 2003 in the defunct Platinum Bank. He joined Bond Bank in 2004 leading the Oil & Gas Group team and left as Senior Banking Officer. In 2005, he joined Zenith Bank as Senior Manager, Relationship Management for a major GSM and CDMA Telcos accounts, a position he held until his appointment as the Team Lead, Corporate Banking Group (Head Office) in December 2008. Biography Hambolu Stephen Kolade is the founder and pioneer Managing Director/CEO of Arkwill Nigeria Limited, a foremost real estate consultancy firm. Prior to founding Arkwill Nigeria Limited, Hambolu had an excellent career at the Ministry of Defense, (MOD) where he was the Deputy Director (Survey) between 2005 and 2019.
