National Engineering & Architectural Services (NEAS), Inc. was founded in 1992 and has developed from a two-person bridge design firm into a multi-disciplined operation. NEAS is a certified DBE firm in the State of Ohio and provides Geotechnical Engineering, Drilling, and Laboratory Testing; Survey; Right-of-Way Plan Development; Subsurface Utility Locating; and Construction Inspection, Management, and Materials Testing... NEAS provides Geotechnical Services, Survey, Right of Way Plan Development, Subsurface Utility Locating Services, Construction Management, Construction Inspection, and Construction Materials Testing to support transportation and architectural-related projects.
