Iain Lock - Founder, Managing Director
Iain is our founder and managing director and is a qualified solicitor. Iain has an enormous amount of experience and has been an employment lawyer for over 25 years having initially started out training with a City law firm and specialising in employment law from very early on. Iain advises SMEs throughout the country, in all sectors and in particular estate agents, charities and food companies. Due to Iain's wealth of experience he now has a greater involvement with clients and sits on 3 management boards of directors and is responsible for helping those companies manage their HR functions.
Away from work Iain spends time with his family running his 3 teenage children around to various clubs and is an FA qualified football coach and coaches a local football team and is an addicted squash player!
Sophie is our finance director and is a qualified tax accountant. Sophie spent many years working for large and medium sized firms of accountants in the City of London and in Hertfordshire.
Sophie is married to Iain and when she is not working is normally also taking their children to various clubs, she also keeps herself fit by attending boot camps and occasionally plays squash.
