Our staff are ex-council and understand the processes and expectations of Council. We have worked at City of Sydney, Waverley, Woollahra, Bayside and Inner West Councils. We also regularly undertake work for Councils for Council development proposals... A collaborative approach to ensuring appropriate development is achieved is our driving motivation. Our clients include individuals, architects, developers and Councils... We provide specialist advice and reports in relation to building works to heritage items and to buildings within heritage conservation areas. Particular experience has been gained working for and on behalf of several inner Sydney Councils to provide heritage advice or Heritage Impact Statements.
