Anjan is Senior Engineer - Product Design & Prototype and is a Mechanical Engineer graduate from CMR Institute of Technology, Bengaluru. He is responsible for supporting the startups, innovators, budding entrepreneurs at Venture Center in Product Design and Prototype Development. He has specialization in designing of functional and non-functional prototypes, developing POC's, converting POC to Prototype and end Products, Reverse Engineering and also comes up with strong problem solving skill. He has actively involved in the development of prototypes majorly in healthcare, renewable energy, biotech, agro based.

Edna is Associate Manager - Analytical Services at Venture Center. Edna manages analytical equipment facility at Venture Center. She has M.Sc in Organic Chemistry (Pune University) and hold PG Diploma in Patent Law. She has demonstrated knowledge and understanding of many analytical instruments (e.g. elemental analysis, thermal analysis, chromatography etc. She has run and assisted in proof-of-concept projects. Many technical and scientific workshops, especially those with hands-on lab exercises with lab instruments have been conceptualized, planned and organized by her.
Girish is Founder, Molqbits Sensors & Data Pvt Ltd, Pune [BIG Grantee]. He is PhD [Carbon Nanostructures] from National Chemical Laboratory, Pune. His research Interests include Raman Spectroscopy, Nanoscale Carbon, Energy Storage Technologies, Open-Source Hardware, Data Visualizations, Biohacking.

Manisha is General Manager at Venture Center. She is Ph.D ( Biotechnology), University of Pune; Post-doctoral training, University of Cambridge, UK. She has research experience in biotechnology, microbiology, fungal biotechnology, molecular biology and molecular virology. She has experience in planning and setting up of advanced scientific facilities and program management.
Premnath is Founding Director of Venture Center and Head, NCL Innovations. He is B.Tech (IIT-B), Ph.D (MIT, USA), Chevening Technology Enterprise Fellow (Centre for Scientific Enterprises, London Business School and Cambridge University, UK). He has experience in technology development and commercialization, working with start-up companies (in Cambridge-UK and India) and engaging with large corporations on research and consulting projects as project leader.

She has research experience in epidemiological profiling and molecular diagnostics for public health diseases experience in program management and in creating, planning and organizing technical and scientific workshops for life sciences and medical students and scientists.

He is experienced in clinical engineering in areas of healthcare technology management, bio-impedance techniques and its applications, safety of medical equipment and medical devices.

Prakash is Director and Principal Designer at Onio Design Pvt. Ltd., Pune. He is B.E. (Mechanical Engineering) from Mumbai University and has a Post-graduate diploma in Industrial Design from National Institute of Design. He is a practitioner of innovation by design and has vast experience in building the expertise of design thinking and creative engineering, leading dynamic teams of designers & engineers for creation of brands, products and services in the demanding verticals of Healthcare and Mobility.
Sanjay is Founder and CEO at BMek. He has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of IoT, Machine Learning, Big Data, Embedded Systems, Industrial Automation and Automotive Systems. He initiated, developed, led practices in the areas of Industrial Automation, Automotive Electronics, Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturing, MES Systems and Product Design Services. He managed more than 100 projects / programs with cross-functional teams. He has worked for Tata Motors, Satyam Computes, KPIT, Tata Elxsi.

Sujaya leads and coordinates Scientific & Prototyping Initiatives at Venture Center. She manages scientific resources, facilities, services and ensures Environment Health and Safety compliance at Venture Center.
She is M.Sc in Microbiology (Pune University). She has several years of research experience in biotechnology projects, experience in setting up and oversight of Venture Center's Lab facilities, running and assisting in proof-of-concept projects, and in creating, planning and organizing technical and scientific workshops for life sciences students and scientists.
