Passionate about supporting people in their personal and professional growth, helping them adapt to change, gain more balance, and achieve their potential. Working internationally with individuals from Sole Trader to SMEs and Corporates, Linda helps clients find new perspectives, courage, and motivation to take action. She has worked as a certified, professional coach for 6 years and is also an ICF mentor coach. Linda has been involved as a coach in programmes for the development of young leaders as well as in the co-creation of a series of workshops for the Chambers of Commerce aimed at women in management. Prior to Coaching, Linda was employed for over 2 decades as a project manager for global, corporate organisations implementing major, change programmes. She helped leaders and teams in over-coming cross-cultural communication barriers, maintaining a consistency of results without loss of creativity while building powerful relationships despite enormous physical distances and time zones.
