John Burns started investing in real estate in 1996. Specializing in acquiring distressed properties, he gained knowledge of cost-effective property improvements. He owned and managed a hotel in Utah from 1992- 1996. His experience in hospitality, combined with his passion for real estate investing, naturally led him to vacation rental ownership and management. His knowledge and experience are an asset to Everyday Luxury Group clients.

Samuel started working as an assistant to Shevy Akason and Larry Roberts in 2016. He was primarily responsible for marketing real estate for sale and rental properties and worked as the Data analyst for OC Housing News. As a result of the earlier established relationship, he joined the Everyday Luxury Vacation Rental team in 2019 and has worked as the Operations Manager ever since.
