Joe Smith has over 20 years of construction experience. He got his start in the business back in 1997. Since then, he has expanded HSI across Iowa by opening offices in two locations: Waukee, IA, which is our Central Iowa office, and Cedar Rapids, IA, our Eastern Iowa office. Having two locations allows us to efficiently give different regions of the state equal attention and complete all home improvement projects with exceptional attention to detail. Additionally, Joe loves staying up on the latest procedures and technology in the industry, plus he sits on the advisory board for Professional Remodeler Magazine. Joe is also proud to take roots in Central Iowa and is committed to community service and involvement. Every workday is full of innovation at HSI, and we are proud to have Joe's insight and leadership. His passion for industry trends, procedures, codes, and licensing are all a great help to Iowa homeowners. In his free time, Joe enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing and coaching his son's hockey team. But most of all, he enjoys spending time with his family.
