ICIA-ED Incorporated was created to foster socio-economic growth for rapid economic development for interrelated municipalities in the 3rd district of the Province of Iloilo, Philippines. Our aim is to develop an investment center and/or a focal point for economic and industrial activities for domestic and global investments... Our focus is on modernizing Agriculture as both an exciting opportunity and a challenge. The possibilities are endless. This includes placing the ICIA-ED Inc. as a sector in the 3 rd Congressional District of Iloilo Province, Philippines for agro-economic prosperity. The website will serve as a guide and direct the delivery of agricultural resources, an application of programs and policies, and with significant responsibilities to ensure an effective achievement of our Mission and Vision... Towards this end, our ICIA-ED INC. managed to reach a level where unity, unanimity and sustainability have become our guarding forces in the implementation of this program...
