Cassandra H. Robertson has been a real estate appraiser since 1987. She has Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration (major in finance) from the University of Central Florida and holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. In addition to owning and managing a real estate appraisal firm, Cassandra H. Robertson is active in the Appraisal Institute, has qualified as an expert witness and has served as a special magistrate in Orange and Seminole counties, Florida. Raised in Oviedo, Florida, Cassandra H. Robertson has extensive knowledge of the Central Florida market.

John R. Stokes has been a real estate appraiser since 1993. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (major in real estate) from the University of Florida and holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. In addition to owning and managing a real estate appraisal firm, John R. Stokes has experience as a salesperson representing clients in the assemblage and sale of large agricultural/transitional tracts of land, timber tracts and environmentally sensitive land. Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, John R. Stokes has extensive knowledge of the Central Florida market.
