Leiden Probe Microscopy is a team of enthusiastic physicists and instrumentation engineers with passion for developing scientific instrumentation for electrochemical and catalytic environments. Our mission is to supply academics with state-of-the-art scientific instrumentation to enable operando research... We are a Netherlands-based startup company originating from Leiden University. We launched our first product in 2004 and since then we have pushed the boundaries of in-operando Scanning Probe Microscopy research in UHV with fast electronics... Leiden Probe Microscopy offer SPM platforms allowing the application of STM and AFM under extreme catalytic and electrochemical conditions to enable scientific studies on catalysts and membranes.
