Ashley Redick is the owner and CEO of Mise en Scène Events (mez än sen), which translates to ‘setting the scene' in French. From a young age, Ashley recalls the joyous atmosphere created by her grandmother as she would host family events. She always held onto the contagious excitement and pure "fun" shared around the banquet tables and knew that one day, she wanted to help others to experience this same feeling.
Ashley always dreamt of becoming a first-generation entrepreneur, and aspired to create generational wealth for her family, while curating a long-lasting legacy. In 2012, her entrepreneurial dreams came true with the opening of Mise en Scène Events. In its genesis, the business catered only to parties, however it bloomed into a full service event planning company. For Ashley, and her team, planning events is more than a job. It is truly a calling that is fueled by passion, purpose, and grace.
