We have been approached by the large medical groups many times for acquisition but I have felt that we just have too good of a thing going here on our own to get swallowed up into today's post-Obamacare trend of consolidation. I have watched as good doctors have second-guessed their decision to join large groups - but have faced incredible obstacles to going back into private practice.
