Successfully building and managing large high-performance teams around Technology, Applications Management Services, Upgrade & Remotely Managed Support has been an important part of his experience.
Naveen has strong experience in Service Conceptualization, Estimation, Delivery Methodology in IT Services. Naveen has strong experience in implementation of Service Delivery frameworks like ISO -20000 and ISO -27000.He is responsible for overall governance and management of the off-shore delivery support and maintaining effective communications between the customer, offshore-onsite delivery teams.
