SONA TRAVELS is established by Sri. A.K. Abdul Jabbar, a member of the Arackath family in his home town Aluva, Kerala with a vision to serve and provide facilities for the interstate bus passengers. Presently his sons Adv. A.J. Riyas (BA, LLB) and A.J. Rijas are in-charge of the tour and travel operations with a team of disciplined and dedicated staff members... Presently, Sona Travels is an agent for almost every major tour operator in India. We started our interstate bus service in the year 1995 by introducing the Hi-tech model Leyland bus from Aluva to Coimbatore. Presently, we are operating MULTY-AXLEVolvo A/Coaches from Kottayam, Changanassery, Alappuzha, Cherthala, Cochin, Thrissur, Palakkad to Chennai & Isuzu a/c, sleeper cum seater bus to Bangalore and Leyland A/c coaches from Cochin to Madurai, Palani, Coimbatore, Velankanni and planning to expand the service to all major cities of Tamilnadu and Karnataka very shortly.
