BRIDCUL

The BRIDCUL ( Formerly USIDCL) was incorporated by Registrar of Companies, Kanpur on March 25, 2008, as the main construction agency of Uttarakhand State to develop the infrastructure within and outside the State and anywhere in the World... BRIDCUL is the sole organization for construction of Bridges more than 60 m span length as per the order of Government of Uttarakhand besides other infrastructure works related to buildings, airports ,flyovers etc... Traditionally Infrastructure Development in India has been the right of the government with projects being funded through either the Central or State governments, and financed through their respective budgetary resources. However, due to a lot of constraints arising daily on financial and human resources available with the Government of Uttarakhand, there has been an increasing focus on attracting private sector participation through Public Private Partnership (PPP) in planning and development of infrastructure projects.
