I'm here to help you achieve your design aspirations. Stefan is originally from Chile and completed his Architecture degree at Victoria University in Wellington. He is a senior designer with over 13 years' experience in the New Zealand architecture industry. During this time he has worked for developers, architectural design firms and several award-winning architecture firms. He has varied experience in designing and documenting small to large scale residential, commercial and community projects. Stefan is proficient in detailing complex structures and producing beautiful 2D and 3D house plans. His creativity allows anyone to visualise his architectural design concepts. After being in the architecture industry for so long, Stefan discovered that his passion was designing concepts and coming up with new ideas. Instead of creating a traditional architecture firm, he decided to launch Concept Designs Architecture, a completely new idea in the industry. This allows him to fulfill his creativity and love for architecture. By focusing on this part on the process he uses his strengths to come up with amazing ideas. For Stefan there is nothing more fulfilling that 'wowing' his clients and exceeding their expectations. He also enjoys the one-on-one connection with his clients in this small firm format. It allows him to develop a good understanding of his clients aspirations and build a relationship that is rewarding and productive.
