Christian B. Eric Longdon

Mr Christian B. Eric Longdon holds an MSc from the London School of Economics (LSE) and is a Certified Project Manager. Mr Longdon has over 25 years Project Management experience in UK and Ghana. Mr Longdon is an Associate Member of the British Computer Society (The Chartered Institute for Information Technology). Mr Longdon has served as a School Governor at Stanmore College, UK, and has worked on a Housing and Urban Regeneration Education Project with the University of Ghana, Chartered Institute of Housing (UK) and the African Housing Professionals Association. Mr Longdon is passionate about education and social policy.

Dr. Richard Kumi

Richard Kumi is an Assistant Professor at the School of Business, University of Arkansas, Little Rock. He holds a B.A. Political Science and Economics from the University of Ghana, M.Sc. Information Technology from the University of North Texas, and Ph.D. in Business Administration from University of Arkansas. Dr. Richard Kumi has several years of experience across several industries, including the telecommunication, banking, and finance. Additionally, Dr. Richard Kumi is a certified project manager and has designed curriculum for online and face-to-face courses. His teaching interests include programming languages, project management, and information and data management. His current research interests include knowledge sharing in virtual communities, technology-mediated learning, and strategic use of information and data.

Mrs Shirley Thompson

Digital Stepping Stones grew from Mrs Shirley Thompson's idea that Ghanaian students should have the opportunity to use modern computer technology to maximize their creativity, develop algorithmic thinking and compete in the modern world. Mrs Thompson therefore formed a partnership with Christian Brew Eric Longdon and set up Digital Stepping Stones. Mrs Shirley Thompson holds a B. Eng in Computer Systems and Electronics and an MSc in Object Oriented Information Systems. Mrs Thompson is an experienced Web Developer and has taught Web Design and Animation at various levels.
