NILSON & ASSOCIATES - Key Persons

Chi joined Nilson & Associates two years ago after completing his business diploma with a major in accounting. He is currently in school part-time completing his accounting degree. Once he completes his degree, he plans on pursuing his CPA designation. Outside of accounting, Chi really enjoys creative activities. He's always loved drawing and sketching, as well as cooking and experimenting with new recipes.

Michelle Li finished her accounting degree in the United States before moving to Calgary and completing an accounting diploma at SAIT. This gives her unique experience in both the Canadian and American tax systems. Throughout her diploma at SAIT, she volunteered at the school, and is now a tax volunteer at the CCECA in Calgary. In the future, Michelle plans to continue her education and pursue her Canadian and United States CPA designation.

Mimi is currently majoring in Public Relations and Digital Marketing at Bow Valley College in Calgary. She's also a student council representative, and thoroughly enjoys reading, writing, and learning new things.

Sally has a successful career in the accounting industry that spans over two decades. She has a strong attention to detail and a genuine care for people, and is deeply involved in the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP) for over 35 years. Sally is the former treasurer of CGA Calgary Chapter. She is a mentor, a teacher, and is always willing to share her accounting and tax knowledge with those in need. Her natural aptitude for numbers allowed Sally to carve her own path and found Nilson & Associates, Chartered Professional Accountant. Sally enjoys working with small and medium companies, and individuals alike. She spends extra time with each and every client to ensure their financials are handled to her meticulous standards.
