In 1945, he turned his appliance company into a plumbing business where his store remained in front of Texas A&M until 1994. Mr. Wilson Sr. eventually sold the business to his two grandsons. There are two locations, one in The Brazos Valley and the other is in Austin, TX. Mr. Wilson's grandson, Tom, ran the business here in The Brazos Valley until 2001 when he sold it to J.B. and Sophia Alexshonis.
