THE POKE EXPRESS

Poke is an entree, and sometimes served as an appetizer in Hawaiian cuisine. It's perfectly cubed raw pieces of tuna marinated with soy sauce and sesame oil and mixed with a variety of toppings. Think of it as a deconstructed sushi roll. It's healthy, unique and totally delicious... Think Asada Fries but with Beef Bulgogi! Thinly sliced steak marinated with our very own bulgogi sauce, tossed with sweet onions and stir fried veg over crispy fries, then topped with a sunny side up egg and our signature Spicy Mayo sauce. A sprinkling of furikake and green onions round out the dish perfectly... Our beef bulgogi inside a taco! What more can you ask for? 3 yummy street taco size flour tortillas laden with cabbage, beef bulgogi and topped with our very own house made taco sauce. Finished with a drizzle of sriracha and a sprinkling of furikake and green onions.
