Charles is a former CEO and President/business owner with experience in five separate manufacturing & distribution Industries. He brings the owners perspective and understanding of the obstacles that are faced daily by a business. He is very aware of the challenges involving employees, team building and seizing control of critical problem areas and the need to have a customer focus and be performance driven. Charles has been actively been involved in Turnarounds, M&A, corporate restructuring, improvements in Sales and Marketing, reducing direct expense and SG&A. In addition, he has extensive experience in negotiating major contracts with suppliers, government and corporate entities.

Paul Willsey

I founded TWG to help business owners with their multiple challenges. Individuals or small groups who start, buy and own businesses are the essence of our economy. The employment growth in the US is heavily centered in smaller, individually owned companies. For these owners, working on their businesses versus working in them is the essence of their challenge. I focus on just that; get out of your box and work on not in your business. Owners need more money and time. Finding more time is difficult, but not impossible. We help with that. Finding more money needed for growth or temporarily resolving short term cash flow issues is easier. Never before have their been more capital or lending resources available to the entrepreneur. We at TWG are uniquely positioned to provide the assistance needed to get it done. I have owned businesses and worked with business owners for over 30 years. Additionally, I have been an executive in the financial industry concentrating in the field of commercial lending and in the field of problem resolution for lending clients. My fundamentals were developed at Citibank and HSBC I transferred these experiences to community banking and credit unions during my career. Today, I focus on helping owners and executives with all aspects of management including strategic planning, operating execution, tactical development of processes and procedures, and financial tool utilization. I work to solve operating problems and to establish strategic direction. My tactical focus is on funding techniques including capital, debt, asset and liability management
