Triumph Power Generating Company Limited ("Triumph") is a Limited Liability Company incorporated in Kenya for the purposes of bidding for and developing an 83 ML/ heavy fuel oil-fired power plant in Athi River, on the outskirts of Nairobi, Kenya. In February 2010, Triumph was announced as a successful bidder and was awarded the right to negotiate with Kenya Power and Lighting Company ("Kenya Power") to design, finance, supply, erect, commission, operate and maintain an 83 MW heavy fuel oil-fired power plant... We have produced environmental objectives which relate to this policy and they can be found in document EMP-TPG-EO1 (Environmental Objectives.) in our EMS Manual...
