We enjoy cooking special meals for local upscale wine bars, company lunches and intimate dinner parties... Our founder began cooking at the age of nine - and later trained with some of the finest cooks in the Bay Area... A staple of Afghan cuisine. This delicious mixture of rice, carrots, raisins, nuts and stock is found in restaurants and dinner tables across Afghanistan. Palau can be served with many varieties of dishes.
