We are privately owned and invest both directly and in joint venture with domestic and international partners. Both Jeremy and Stewart are highly experienced, each with over 20 years' experience in the UK and overseas real estate markets. They began working together in 2006 at London & Stamford Property plc. Prior to that, their careers have spanned institutional real estate, banking, a family office and investment agency... We invest from our balance sheet and in joint venture investment programmes in a range of real estate asset classes in the UK and Europe so as to have the flexibility to deploy capital on a "right time, right place" basis. Presently our focus is on logistics real estate... We are independent and aligned with our investors - the management team co-invests in every transaction.
