When I have an appointment with you, my plan is to, (1) Ring your door bell, and wait for you. (2) If no response (or raining on me) I will text you, then call. (3) At your front door, I will get instructions about what you are comfortable doing. I will get my mask from my car if you wish. (4) Once inside your home, I would prefer to remove my shoes. Kindly direct me to your piano. If you have not done it yet, I will ask you to remove all items from the top your piano and make space for me to work. (5) Finally, I will evaluate the condition of the piano for tuning, repairs, and maintenance. We then can talk about what needs to be done, expected..
