Partner Channel Sales Director of Cabinetry, Chris brings more than 20 years of sales + management experience, as well as seasoned professionalism, to her position. Her expertise in understanding and communicating client's needs helps us define, penetrate and grow new business pathways. Chris is an invaluable liaison for our cabinetry partners, guiding them through complicated design mandates. Chris earned a Bachelor of Art in Consumer Science and Merchandising from the University of Houston.
A bit of garnish: "In my free time I love to entertain and I often host dinner parties for friends, which provides firsthand insight into how kitchens and rooms function and flow. I'm also an ardent fan of trying new restaurants, traveling to unique destinations, gardening + landscaping, hiking, biking, and fly fishing. My friends often asked me to help them with space planning and design, and I discovered how much I enjoy it. That's how I backed into this career and I love it!"

Project Manager Ed McDaniel earned a degree in mechanical engineering, holds a general building contractor license, and has a boundless passion for project management. Ed's expertise has allowed us to expand our remodel team quickly and efficiently to meet market demand.
Ed has a background in environmental construction, first as a principal with ES Alternatives where he led efforts related to renewable energy projects, and later as VP of Projects for Gateway Green Energy. Ed brings expert attention to detail and deep knowledge with regard to all operations of the remodeling business.

- Revive Designer & Project Manager
Heading up our "Revive" business, Erica's focus is projects requiring a "face lift." She has a knack for combining color and texture, and specializes in material and color selections across many of our company's projects. A native of Dallas, Erica exhibited a passion for design and space solutions since early childhood. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Business from Texas Christian University. Fortunate for KDC, Erica interned with us while still in school, and never left!
Talented and driven, Erica was recognized as one of National Kitchen and Bath Association's "30 under 30 Designers," received a National Association of Remodeling Industry's (NARI) Contractor of the Year award, and was featured on Houzz.
A bit of garnish: "My mom always said there's a place for everything, so I attribute my love of order and infatuation with organizing to her - thanks, Mom! I love flower arranging and I provide my designs for baby/bridal showers, dinner parties and birthdays. It's a fun creative outlet for me. I also like to hike, bike, fish, and play golf. I love my rescue dog, Storm - a true and loyal friend. Oh, and I'm a certified yoga instructor!"

Mary Kathryn is widely regarded as a kitchen and bath expert within the design and remodeling industry. Frequently interviewed by design publications regarding kitchen trends and industry insights, she has been featured on Good Morning Texas, multiple radio shows, and as a guest panelist for trade conferences and design communities such as Houzz.
A bit of garnish: "No surprise, I LOVE cooking and entertaining. Of course, I love spending time with my children as well as time in my garden, playing golf, and any day spent at a beach is a good day. Science fiction and futurism fascinate me - the console game Galaga is habit forming!"

With over 10 years in the kitchen and bath industry, Susan brings a depth of experience in kitchen design and remodeling which helped her excel previously as the company's Production Coordinator - and now as a CAD Designer. Complementing this experience is her B.A. in Marketing from Texas A&M and a real aptitude for the myriad details that comprise the logistics of a successful kitchen remodel. She has defined and implemented processes and tools that streamline and reduce errors in the order, delivery, and installation of products for a project. Susan still works closely with Chris on Partner Channel projects helping design and price designs. Her skills are invaluable to creating a customer's 5-star experience.
