He is the Chief Executive Officer of FSL Insurance Limited. He is a graduate of Insurance from the Lagos State Polytechnic, Isolo Lagos and holds an MBA from the Rivers State University of Science & Technology, Port-Harcourt. He is also an Associate of both the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) and the Nigerian Council of registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB).
He is a graduate of Accountancy from Enugu State University of Science & Technology in 2007. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Chidi joined the then Union Assurance Ltd in 2011 where he worked in various units under Finance and also has a stint in Internal Audit before leaving to join Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc in 2015. In Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc, he held various positions such as Regional Accountant (North), Head of Treasury, Head Bank Reconciliation and Management Reporting and finally Financial Reporting Officer. He joined FSL Securities Limited in 2022 as a Team member and he is presently the Group Head, Financial Control Department.

Started his banking career with Continental Merchant Bank Plc and moved from there to Capital Bancorp Limited, a foremost investment Banking firm. While in Capital Bancorp he was involved in the privatization of African petroleum Plc. Prior to his joining Fidelity Security Limited now FSL Securities Limited, He worked at Magnum Trust Bank Plc, (now Sterling Bank) where he was the Head of the Bank's Investment Banking Department. He is a dealing Clerk of The Nigeria Stock Exchange, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. Mr. Okenwa holds Masters in Business Administrations (MBA) from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma and has over 25 years cognate experience in banking and finance.
With a B.Sc from University of Ibadan and MBA from University of Ilorin, Mr. Awoniyi started his career with Capital Bancorp where he rose to become Head of Stock broking. He is also an Associate Chartered Stockbroker and a dealing member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He later moved to the Investment Division of Nigeria America bank Ltd and thereafter had a stint with FCMB from where he joined MBC securities Ltd. He is currently with FSL Securities Ltd, bringing to bear almost 15years of experience in the Capital Market.
He is a graduate of University of Lagos with a B.Sc in Business Administration, a PGD holder in Banking and Finance (Federal University Of Technology, Owerri). He is also an associate member (ADMIN) Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered). Godwin Echebiri joined FSB international (Now Fidelity Bank Plc) in 2005. He is presently the Head, Operations; FSL Securities Limited.

He is a graduate of accountancy from Abia State University Uturu. Anistus is an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) and a Certified Management Accountant. He is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, London, United Kingdom and holds an MBA from the University of Calabar. Prior to joining FSL Securities Limited, he was at DBSL Securities Limited as Head of Accounts. He has 20 years of varied experience cutting across Accounting practice, manufacturing, and oil servicing, banking and stock broking. He joined FSL Securities in 2004 and currently heads Compliance and Risk Management Department.

Innocent head the Corporate and Financial & Advisory Unit of FSL Securities Limited. Prior to joining FSL, he was in charge of the Corporate Finance & Advisory Unit of Planet Capital Limited, where he oversaw the execution of a number of fund raising (equity and debt) transactions.
Innocent commenced his investment banking career in the Corporate Finance and Advisory group of Diamond Capital and Financial Markets Limited where he was involved in various advisory, issuing house, project finance, and fund raising deals. He also served as an Analyst with the Credit Analysis Group of the former Diamond Bank Plc. His professional experience spans Corporate Finance, Financial Control, Audit and Credit Risk Management.
He holds a B.Sc. in Sociology from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and an MBA from the Lagos Business School of the Pan-Atlantic University. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Innocent is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and has passed the level 2 examinations of the Certified Financial Analysts (CFA) Institute.He heads the Business Development and Structured Finance unit.

A graduate of Microbiology from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka. He has an MBA from University Of Nigeria Nsukka, and an M.Sc in Management and Investment Strategy from Nottingham Trent University U.K. He has over 7 years banking experience spanning Relationship Management in both Corporate and Commercial banking from Standard Trust Bank (UBA Plc) and Citizens Bank Ltd (Spring Bank Plc). He joined Fidelity Bank Plc in 2008 and was seconded to FSL Securities Ltd. He heads the Business Development and Structured Finance unit.
He is the Head of Operations. Odion is a graduate of Business Administration from the National Open University of Nigeria. Odion also has M.Sc in Business Administration from the same institution. He is an Associate of Institute of Strategic Human Capital Manager (ASHCM) .
Mr. Odion Akeem has worked at various institutions including Royal Exchange Plc and Fidelity Bank Plc. He has over 12years working experience as HR Analyst.
He is a graduate of Accounting from Osun state Polytechnic, Iree, HND Upper Credit in 2001. He is also a graduate of Accounting from University of Lagos, B.Sc, First Class in 2011. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE) USA. Joseph has over 12 years working experience. He is the Chief Financial Officer of FSL Group.
A graduate of English Language from University of Ilorin with a masters degree in Industrial & Labour relations from University of Lagos. She is an Associate member of the chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM)
A Human Resources generalist professional with over 15years cognate experience spanning consulting & Financial Institutions with scope covering Recruitment, Business Partnering, Employee Engagement, organizational Development & performing management. Prior to joining FSL Security Ltd, she has worked in Fidelity, Keystone Bank Ltd, & UBA Plc amongst others.
Rita Unuigboje joined FSL Management Services Ltd in January 2021, from the United Bank for Africa Plc, where she had worked for the past 15 years; working across strategy, customer service, business development and operations. In her last role, she was Head of the Retail Banking Operations team; responsible for diverse processing teams, delivering critical services to the Bank's esteemed customers that have helped to achieve the Bank's strategic goals.
Prior to working with UBA Plc, Rita worked with, Standard Chartered Bank, Nigeria as Service Quality Manager, ensuring a dedicated and resourceful customer service platform, for over 4 years, Standard Trust Bank and FSB International Bank, where she began her banking career back in 1995.
In her various roles, across these Institutions, Rita has exhibited leadership, execution and operational excellence abilities that have led to various impactful successes.
Rita holds a B.Sc. in Management, from the University of Port Harcourt, an M.Sc. in International Banking and Finance from the University of Greenwich, London, UK and a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Management from the European School of Management and Technology, Berlin. Germany. She has attended various management and leadership programmes, including most recently, the Women in Leadership Programme at the University of Stellenbosch Business School, South Africa
