GILDED HOMES - Key Persons

Oscar was raised in small-town Graham, North Carolina, where his interest for real estate was born by witnessing his Dad build and manage a portfolio of rental properties. At 21 years old, Oscar graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned his Business degree in Finance and Real Estate. He's now a Licensed General Contractor, as well as the Finance Officer and Project Manager for Gilded Homes. As Finance Officer he manages the company's finances as well as raises capital for its investment projects. As Project Manager he works closely with an architect to design projects, as well as with a team of contractors to bring our visions to life.

Ronald was born and raised in New York City and is the proud son of Dominican parents. While attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he earned his Business degree in Sales and Operations Management. His main focus is overseeing all Acquisitions and Marketing efforts at Gilded Homes. As Acquisitions Manager his main objective is identifying, analyzing, negotiating and acquiring investment opportunities. As Marketing Manager, he manages and develops the company's lead generation strategies and marketing operations. Ronald has always been a proponent for social and educational change so he looks forward to continuing to be a part of Durham's renaissance and educating the community on homeownership and real estate.
