Dr. Noah started his private, independent Family Practice in Middleville, MI in April 2001. He practiced under the name Cherry Valley Family Physicians from April 1, 2001 to December 1, 2016. Starting December 1, 2016 to the present, his pratices name is Middleville Family Practice. Throughout this entire time, he and his staff have provided care to their patients in the outpatient (Middleville clinic), inpatient (Pennock Hospital) and nursing home (Carveth Village, Magnum Care and Thornapple Manor) settings.
