A Positive Psychology Wellbeing Coach and Practitioner, Catherine completed her Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (MSc), is a member of the British Psychological Society and accredited with the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council).

Donna Shoesmith

Job Titles:
  • Assessor and Student Support
An accomplished leadership and ILM tutor, Donna has a passion for engaging and developing people and organisations. To ensure quality and best practice advice and training, she is an approved ILM tutor for Level 2, Level 3 and Level 5 certificates in leadership, and Level 5 Certificate in coaching & mentoring. She is also an associate member of the CIPD.

Maria Paviour

  • Course Lead, Founder of the NeuChem Model of Coaching
Our principal psychologist, Maria has spent over 20 years focussing on the importance of wellbeing and employee engagement. In 2000, she won two UK government awards for innovation in leadership development and coaching, and a European award for developing technology for measuring and managing stress at work. She is continuing her post graduate studies in Applied Neuroscience, at Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience, Kings College London.

Tom Morrell

Job Titles:

A high level consultant, trainer and coach, Tom's began his career in coaching with the Metropolitan Police Service. He has worked as Lead Assessor with the British Quality Foundation, and provided lecturing support to Kingston University London for the Level 7 HRM courses in London and Moscow. He has also lectured for the University of East London MBA Programme. Following the 2014 revolution in Ukraine, he worked with the national government, police, and communities promoting Security Sector Reform.
