Chantelle Odems

Job Titles:
  • Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
Chantelle joined NTVC in September 2018, coming to us all the way from Las Vegas by way of Mississippi. As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, Chantelle (RDMS, RT (R)) works directly with our patients, administering the appropriate vascular scans for your particular vascular condition. These diagnostic tools are essential to the treatment of Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD), and help our doctors better assess the extent of your vascular disease. Whether it is your first time at NTVC, or you are here for a routine follow-up scan used to detect early recurrence of your vascular pathology, you can rest assured knowing that you are in great hands with Chantelle. In her free time, Chantelle enjoys spending time with her husband, and their baby boy. She also enjoys exploring all that DFW has to offer, just about any outdoor activity, and anything and everything related to organizing/organization. What is your favorite aspect of working in healthcare? I really like meeting all of our patients, and getting to know them. I also like knowing that I am helping our patients improve their lives! What is your favorite part about working at NTVC? I really like knowing that everyone at NTVC goes above and beyond to do what's right, and in the best interest for each of our patients!

Delores Douglas

Originally from DFW, Delores Douglas, BSN, RN, CSRN claims Dallas and Waxahachie as home. She joined NTVC in 2018 as our Pre-Op and Post-Op Recovery Nurse. In her free time, Delores enjoys reading, traveling, mentoring young women, and seeking ways to continuously improver herself personally and professionally. What is your favorite aspect of working in healthcare? I enjoy the challege of helping patients with a diverse background and a variety of ailments. Nothing is better than that knowing smile of appreciation from a patient whe they have been discharged after receiving the highest quality of care possible. What is your favorite part about working at NTVC? Feeling completely appreciated Dr. Bukhari and the entire team at NTVC. I love being part of a team that works so well together in an environment that promotes excellence and positivity.

Jodi Bullard

Job Titles:

Growing up in Pleasant Grove, Jodi began her career in healthcare by becoming a Nationally Registered and Certified Medical Assistant in 1998. She worked as a NCRMA for 5 years, training and teaching others how to become Medical Assistants themselves. After working as NCRMA, she decided to pursue a career in nursing, graduating from nursing school in 2004 with her LVN, and earning her BSN in 2021. She hit the ground running, and has never looked back. Over the years, she has worked in Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Home Health & Case Management, and for the past 10+ years, she has been working in Vascular Surgery. Jodi has been with Dr. Bukhari from day one, first as his nurse, and now as the Director of Clinical Operations. In her free time Jodi enjoys spending time with her husband, their three children, and their family dog. She loves to sing, and she is continuously pursuing the next steps in her nursing career.

Joel S. Uranga - COO

Originally from El Paso, Joel earned his B.B.A. from UTEP. He has spent the past 30+ years in increasing roles of responsibility with Professional Sales, Marketing and Management for major corporations including Xerox Corporation, Johnson & Johnson (Ethicon Endo-Surgery & Cordis Cardiology), and the Peripheral Vascular Division of Ev3, Inc. (recently acquired by Medtronic), as well as medical device startup organizations, Vascular Architects and Aptus Endosystems. Joel's responsibilities predominantly involve "high-priority" and "behind the scenes" projects including: Practice Development, Corporate Branding, Executive Recruiting, HR/Benefits, Real Estate, Legal, Finance, and Consulting. Joel resides in Argyle, TX with his wife of 25 years, Tracy. Together they have two children, their daughter Leigh, and son Ford. He loves anything and everything related to baseball and flying!

Originally from Dallas, Mildres Robinson, CMA has 30+ years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant. Her work experience in the healthcare industry includes a variety of fields, most recently joining us in August 2021. Her responsibilities at NTVC include all aspects of pre- and post-op patient care. She is experienced in various office based procedures including vein ligations, excisions of segmental veins, sono - guided radiofrequency ablations, cyst removals, Permacath removals, suture and staple removals, Unna Boot applications and wound care.
