Angelo Bani joined the Italian National Police in 1986 as a Police Constable and had moved up the ranks to become a Police Senior Chief Inspector within Criminal Investigation Depts, and working at the Central Directorate of Criminal Police in Rome, seconded to the INTERPOL, International Criminal Police Organisation as a Criminal Intelligence Officer. He was Manager of the INTERPOL Counter Terrorism Fusion Task Force within the Public Safety and Terrorism sub directorate, dealing with terrorism and counter terrorism information in the Asian-Pacific region. (FTF project Pacific). He was also appointed as a Counter Terrorism Capacity Building Officer for Asia and Africa within the INTERPOL Capacity Building and Training Directorate. He has spent several years as Specialised Officer at the INTERPOL General Secretariat in Lyon (France), dealing with border management projects and before at a United Nation specialised Agency in Rome as Security Assistant. He was previously Head of Detective Units at the Italian National Police Criminal Investigation departments. His international experience with INTERPOL includes investigative missions in India, Iraq, Pakistan, Cambodia, Laos, Timor Leste, Thailand, Colombia and Salvador. He represented INTERPOL at a number of international conferences, organised training courses in the Asia- Pacific region and Central Africa and published a restricted secure website related to CT information and OSINT for the use of CT Officers and analysts. During the years 2010 and 2011, he was invited as instructor and course mentor in the Counter Terrorism Program organised by the Australian Federal Police for the benefit of the Special Department of Investigation of the Ministry of Justice in Bangkok, Thailand and units of the Royal Thai Police, following during the years 2012 - 2021 as law enforcement trainer within specific SE Asian regional programs of UNODC and IOM. During the last 9 years Mr. Bani was also a visiting lecturer at the International Centre for Political Violence and Terrorism Research at NTU University in Singapore in the frame of their Terrorism Analysts Course. He has a technical diploma in Hotel Management and completed his studies at the Italian National Police School and the Italian National Police Academy. He owns a certificate on Terrorism Studies from Centre for the Study of Terrorism and Political Violence, the University of St. Andrews, UK, and a certified course on Political Philosophy at Oxford University, UK. He obtained an MSc on International Criminal Justice from University of Portsmouth, UK, and a second Masters in Strategic Studies at RSIS, Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. He is a former member of the International Counter Terrorism Officer Association of New York and the Foreign Anti-Narcotic and Crime Community of Bangkok. Currently, Mr. Bani is the Director of Protective Intelligence Network in Singapore, and security advisor for major organisations in Europe.

Danny Chan went on to become Director of Global Risk Assessments at Worldaware International Inc. which provided operational intelligence and enterprise risk management solutions to 900 of the Fortune 2000 companies, numerous government and non-governmental agencies. Danny was being regularly interviewed on major news network like Channel News Asia and The Straits Times. Chan then went on to become Regional Director, Global Risk Management for Marriott International Inc. where he handled numerous crisis spanning manmade ones like terrorism attacks to natural disasters like earthquakes to major events like the Olympic Games. Fabrizio Rossi

Fabrizio Rossi, is a former Lieutenent of the Carabinieri Corps specialised in Cultural Heritage Protection. He recently retired from the Carabinieri with special mention of "honourable service given". With studies centered in Humanistic Science, History of Art and Artistic Techniques, Rossi entered the Arma dei Carabinieri, a renown Italian gendarmerie corps, and had moved up the ranks, working with the Carabinieri Task Force for the Protection of Cultural Heritage in Rome. Hossam Hassan Abdellatif

Hossam Abdellatif is a senior counterterrorism expert, with more than 30 years of experience in the field of law enforcement investigaton at the national, regional, and international levels. For two decades, Mr. Abdellatif served within the Egyptian Police force, with appointments in various departments, in prevalence in Criminal Investigation departments (CID). As a Counter-Terrorism Criminal Intelligence Officer and Project Manager for the Middle East and North Africa at INTERPOL Organization for over 14 years, Mr. Abdellatif initiated and monitored numerous large-scale projects aiming to improve the global response to cross-border security challenges, through the planification, organization and coordination of more than 150 activities and training courses dedicated to capacity building, especially in the field of counter terrorism investigations. Working alongside various international civilian and law enforcement partners, Mr. Abdellatif supported the implementation of the organization's strategy to combat terrorism, transnational organized crime and illicit trafficking in firearms, thus contributing to the enhancement of national operational and technical counterterrorism capacities and the development of a pool of counterterrorism experts in member countries. As a member of the INTERPOL Major Incidents Response Team, Mr. Abdellatif supported the investigation od complex terrorist attacks in several countries, gathered and shared intelligence information, especially on so-called foreign terrorist fighters (IS FF), and contributed to the development of targeted policy recommendations and comprehensive counterterrorism strategies. In order to bolster regional cooperation and improve the efficiency of law enforcement efforts in tackling cross-border terrorism via collective security mechanisms and information exchanges, Mr. Abdellatif contributed to the organization of joint field operations, regional workshops and thematic conferences. He was also the initiator and chairman of the INTERPOL Counter-Terrorism Committee for the Middle East and North Africa, with the participation of multilateral organizations such as several UN and EU security agencies, the Arab League, and the NATO. Throughout his career, Mr. Abdellatif developed an extended network with the top-level management within the Ministries of Interior of several countries, in addition to diverse law enforcement agencies. Mr. Abdellatif is currently serving as an International Law Enforcement Border Control Expert at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).

Justin Gosling

From 2010 to 2012 he served as a Criminal Intelligence Officer on INTERPOL's Environmental Security Directorate covering Asia and the Pacific, coordinating global wildlife crime operations and assisting countries to exchange criminal intelligence. He has directly supported law enforcement agencies and government departments across Africa, Asia, Australasia, and Europe. With an interest in developing international policy and practical responses to organised crime, Justin has conducted national capacity assessments, developed national counter- wildlife crime action plans, and written and contributed to many key publications including Transnational Crime Threat Assessments, the ICCWC Wildlife and Forest Crime Toolkit, and Indicators of Effective Enforcement. He is a member of the UK Defra Illegal Wildlife Trade Challenge Fund Advisory Group. Ludovic Etienne

Ludovic Etienne has 20 years' experience in security and risk management in EMEA and APAC. His multidisciplinary profile enabled him to work for a wide variety of actors (companies - small and large in Oil&Gas industry, consulting firm, companies' network, Information Systems Management and Government) acquiring a solid transversal experience in security management from Corporate to Operational Levels. In 1995, after graduation in Social Sciences, Etienne served for six years as an infantry parachute officer in the French Army. He then graduated of an Executive Master in Information Systems Management delivered by HEC and MINESTech Paris, France. He joined the large companies network CIGREF as research officer for the CAC40 CIOs and also initiated the first studies about competitive intelligence versus information system management. Mr Kamil Mikhail

Mr Antonio KAMIL MIKHAIL is a retired Police Senior Superintendent of the Italian national police (Polizia di Stato). He served in Criminal Police Departments of the Ministry of Interior in Italy and was appointed as Liaison Officer at the ICPO Interpol General Secretariat in Lyon, France, before being deployed as a security professional in United Nations missions. Within the UN system, he worked as Field Safety Adviser for UNHCR posted in Egypt and Iraq, then as member of UNHCR Emergency Response Teams deployed in humanitarian crisis areas and as Senior Investigation Officer with UNHCR Office of the Inspector General. Ray Chan is a Asian transnational organized crime expert with over 25 years of related experience. With the Hong Kong Police Force for 20 years, Ray has headed various intelligence and investigations units as a detective chief inspector, directing investigations and intelligence-led operations against serious and transnational organized crimes. Tim Jake Winslow

William Lippert

Mr. Lippert is a senior criminal intelligence analyst and PhD candidate, with more than 25 years of experience in the fields of crime intelligence and defense policy analysis. For six years he worked in various jobs for the US Department of Defense, including for the Defense Intelligence Agency and the Hart-Rudman Commission. At DIA, he was an all-source strategic counterdrug analyst focusing on South America. He left the US to work for INTERPOL in Lyon, France, where he had a variety of tasks as a crime intelligence analyst for terrorism, organized crime, major event security and threats, and general transnational crime. Among his many focus areas were nuclear terrorism and trafficking and terrorism in Southeast and East Asia. The latter work was done while based in INTERPOL's headquarters in Singapore. His other INTERPOL work including developing and delivering crime analysis training to police officers and analysts, facilitating and promoting INTERPOL's crime analysis capabilities through database development and developing new analytical methods, and managing analytical projects. Mr. Lippert represented INTERPOL in many international forums and worked closely with law enforcement officers and subject matter experts in international organizations around the world. Mr. Lippert is currently pursuing a PhD at Leiden University, Netherlands, focused on conventional arms control in Europe and is a frequent publisher in academic and defense journals. He is also a non-resident fellow in the Brussels-based Global Governance Institute. Mr. Lippert is graduate of American University and Georgetown University, both in Washington, DC. He is a US, Irish, and Vietnamese national.
