Cameron graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Social Work in 2018. he has been employed as a Support Coordinator, Case manager and Social Worker with Rehability Australia working with a diverse group of clients with acquired disability. Cameron has worked within the Youth worker sector, focusing on Disabilities and Mental Health issues. Cameron also worked within Lifelines telephone help line which provided him training in psychological first aid to individuals and families who have experienced sudden and traumatic injuries, along with grief and bereavement support to families where their loved one has an unexpected trauma resulting in sudden death.
Cameron has vast knowledge of Disability both through his study and his personal experiences, Cameron was born with a disability and was use his life experiences to advocate and assist those who may be facing the same ordeal. Cameron is passionate and an advocate for disability sports as both mental and physical health therapy, which he also participates as a Queensland Wheelchair Rugby player.

Clare worked for the state government in child protection for 10 years in both frontline as well as review, operational support and investigations roles. Clare has spent the rest of her career working across a range of practice areas, including the social security system, case management of unaccompanied humanitarian minors, foster care, aged and disability support, as well as clinical social work in hospital settings.
Clare has significant experience in providing advice and support to families and carers in relation to parenting, positive behaviour management and meeting children's physical and emotional needs. Clare enjoys working with clients for whom there are complex issues impacting on individual and family functioning and relationships and supporting her clients to enhance their psycho-social functioning and connection to community.

Erin is currently in a first-year graduate position after undertaking her final placement with Rehability Australia. Erin graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in 2019 with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. She is a member of the Australian Association of Social Work and is registered as a Social Work provider for Department of Veterans Affairs. Throughout her degree, Erin worked in the disability sector as a support worker and ensures that each of her clients have their needs identified, met and advocated for. Erin values client autonomy and aims to empower each of her clients to reach their goals whilst working in a culturally respectful way. Erin has a strong desire to maintain her work within the disability sector and strives to be able to make a difference to the lives of others, through a client-centred approach. Erin is particularly passionate about work within the veteran community as she recognises that this is a growing area of need for social work. Fern Muller brings 10 years' experience working as a social worker in case management within the child protection system in both government and non-government sectors. Naomi Joined the Rehability team in June 2021. Naomi has a passion for human rights and social justice and holds a Degree in Social Sciences and recently completed a Bachelor of Laws. For the past 15 years, Naomi has worked in the child protection sector in both government and non-government agencies. Naomi has been trained in trauma informed practice and therapeutic intervention to support high complex young people and their families.
Naomi also has a solid foundation in accounts and administration, having worked in finance for a number of different companies, including running a family business. Naomi is currently working part time and is responsible for performing the daily invoice functions for our NDIS funded clients.
My name is Pita and "Taggi" to my friends. My human service career really started while I was residing in Fiji and I started working for the Fiji Police Force. I then got an opportunity to work for, Australian Defence Corporation as Accounts Officer in 1994. This was at the Australian High Commission in Suva, which got me really interested in migrating to Australia, and the rugby. I was able to fulfil this dream when I moved here in 1998. My beliefs and values led me to work for the NSW Department of Juvenile Justice, where I worked with marginalised youth for many years before moving to Queensland in 2015. I took up a position as care coordinator and respite manager with a disability organisation in Toowoomba. I resigned to complete my studies in Community Services at USQ. I have a strong background in case management associated with community rehabilitation and youth justice. I believe that everyone should be treated fairly by the social systems that have been created to support them. As an Australian citizen I firmly believe that every Australian deserves to be treated with the dignity and respect under the law.

Rebecca has a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Psychology and Criminology and a Master of Social Work, graduating from QUT in 2013.
She has worked as a Social Worker in a variety of different areas including hospital, community mental health, homelessness, community rehabilitation and aged care. Her hospital experience includes working in multiple areas such as emergency, intensive care, rehabilitation, general medicine, surgical and acute stroke.
Through her many years of working in acute and inpatient settings she has developed a breadth of knowledge and skills in assessment, crisis intervention, complex discharge planning, psychosocial support, grief and loss, adjustment counselling and working effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Looking to diversify and expand her knowledge and skills, Rebecca moved to the disability sector in 2021.
Rebecca has a special interest in trauma-informed practice and completed her Level 1 and 2 Certification in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) in 2020. EFT is a mindfulness-based stress-reduction technique that is becoming increasingly recognized as effective in reducing stress, anxiety, chronic pain, and effects of trauma by down-regulating the body's nervous system and emotional centre of the brain.

Simone manages the administrative operations of the business, joining Rehability in 2005 and oversees the collective regions including - Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Wide Bay.
She holds a Diploma of Business Programming, Certificate IV in Business Administration and has worked in the disability sector for the last 15 years with Rehability.
Simone oversees and supports the administration team, who work directly with debtor accounts, creditors and payroll, data entry and reporting.
She is an integral member of the Rehability team and has helped develop systems and procedures from the ground up as the business has evolved.
She has extensive experience working with the financial department of a broad range of funding bodies and her knowledge of the rehabilitation and disability sectors has evolved in line with industry change. She is the interface between the clinical team and the funding bodies and supports our clinical team assisting them to navigate financial matters relating to quotes, approvals, invoicing.
