Redstone PBS was founded in 2012 by Kate Strutt, a dedicated Clinical Psychologist with 14 years of experience working in Community Learning Disability Teams. Driven by her understanding and comittment, Kate recognised that Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) held the transformative potential for people at risk of behaviours of concern, making a big difference in their lives... At Redstone, our values align closely with the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach-not just in how we support individuals but also in how we collaborate with organisations, staff teams, and families...
