Mr. Markman serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board and an independent member of Modiv's board of directors. He has extensive experience leading investment initiatives for real estate investment trusts.
Mr. Markman served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Equity Commonwealth, a REIT primarily investing in office properties, from July 2014 to March 2021. From 1994 to 2014, Mr. Markman was Managing Director of Green Street Advisors, Inc., a real estate research firm, where he headed the firm's consulting and advisory practice. He has also served as a real estate consultant as well as a board member and advisor for other commercial real estate firms.

As Modiv's Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Broms leverages his extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, finance, strategy, underwriting, asset management and dispositions in guiding investment strategy for the company. He has also served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of BRIX REIT since October 2019. Previously, Mr. Broms founded and led Realty Dividend, LLC, an investment firm that developed net-lease assets and invested in single- and multi-family properties. Additionally, Mr. Broms structured acquisition sale-leaseback capital for leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations for Cole Real Estate Investments (now part of Realty Income Corporation) and Realty Income Corporation. Mr. Broms holds a B.S. in Finance from the Geis College of Business at the University of Illinois and an MBA from Regis University.
Mrs. Griffith brings 20 years of commercial real estate experience, with an extensive background in REITs and property management. Her primary responsibilities include managing the closing of Modiv's acquisitions, dispositions, leases and property-level debt. In addition, she oversees the activity of Modiv's third-party property manager. Mrs. Griffith holds a Master of Business Administration from Cal State Monterey Bay, as well as an active California Real Estate Salesperson License.

He retired from his position as President and Chief Executive Officer of CNL Real Estate Advisors, Inc. in 2010 after serving in the role from2007. Mr. McWilliams was also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Trustreet Properties Inc. from 1997 to 2007 and a director of the company from 2005 to 2007. He has extensive experience serving as an independent director for several other publicly traded companies.

As Modiv's Chief Property Officer, Mr. Collins lends his 35 years of industry experience to asset management, property management, building tenant relationships, and acquiring and selling assets. He previously held leadership roles at InvenTrust Properties LLC, Cole Real Estate Investments (now part of Realty Income Corporation), LaSalle Investment Management, The Staubach Company and Intershop Real Estate Services. Mr. Miller's primary responsibilities include assisting and reviewing financial reporting, monitoring and projecting cash flows, and budget preparation and review. Mr. Miller previously held similar positions at Mesa Management, Inc., Thompson National Properties, LLC, and Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, LLC. As Modiv's Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, Mr. Raney brings more than 12 years of legal experience in complex M&A transactions, debt and equity financings, and venture capital transactions. Prior to joining Modiv, Mr. Raney served as a partner at Acceleron Law Group, LLP and Massumi + Consoli LLP and held various roles at O'Melveny & Myers LLP and Latham & Watkins, LLP. Mr. Raney, who holds a Juris Doctor from the UCLA School of Law, also served as an M&A lecturer at the USC Gould School of Law.
Ms. Dawson applies more than 30 years of accounting experience to her role at Modiv, overseeing timely cash disbursements to vendors and business partners. Prior to joining Modiv in 2019, she served in similar roles at Crown Realty & Development and Shopoff Realty Investments, among others.

Ms. Smith has over 30 years of financial services and real estate experience, serving in a variety of senior legal roles.
Most recently, Ms. Smith served as the Chief Legal Officer for Workplace Solutions and Prudential Retirement. Prior to Prudential, Ms. Smith served in various senior legal roles for Cole Real Estate Investments, Inc., a publicly traded net-lease REIT and product sponsor, most recently as Executive Vice President and General Counsel. While at Cole, she played an integral role in the company's internalization of its external manager and subsequent listing on the NYSE, as well as structured several mergers and advised on the development and distribution of multiple non-listed REIT offerings. She has also worked for World Group Securities, Inc. (merged into Transamerica Financial Advisors), ING Americas and Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP (now Eversheds Sutherland).
With a focus in equity accounting, Mr. Dumas interfaces with transfer agent services to maintain REIT equity ledgers for the company's investor base. This includes share issuance, processing dividend distributions, share repurchases, coordinating 1099 reporting and auxiliary fund services. Additional activities include generating equity disclosures for financial reporting and assisting with equity audit procedures. His enthusiasm for technology aids in the support of product development. Mr. Wirta continues to play an active role at The Koll Company as its Chief Executive Officer, having previously served as the company's President from 1991 to 1994. (PRES), a privately held, full-service commercial real estate investment and operating company; Chief Financial Officer and a member of the investment committee at Shopoff Realty Investments, a full-service commercial real estate investment and operating company; and Chief Financial Officer at California Coastal Communities, Inc. Mr. Nolan has nearly 30 years of commercial real estate experience, having served in numerous executive leadership roles.
Mr. Nolan has been a director of WashREIT since 2015 and previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. From 2005 to 2010, he was a member of the senior management team that led the emergence from bankruptcy of General Growth Properties, Inc., which included the restructuring of $15.0 billion in project-level debt, payment in full of all of GGP's pre-petition creditors and the securing of $6.8 billion in equity commitments.
Ms. Yang coordinates and manages Modiv's monthly accounting functions, and assists in the preparation of quarterly 10-Q and annual 10-K reports. She is a Certified Public Accountant, and served as a Senior Auditor for global CPA firm BDO and as the Assistant Controller for Chelsea Investment Corp.
