SM ART BROOKLYN

Launched in 2015 SM ART BROOKLYN offers Brooklyn students the instruction and expertise required to produce a strong portfolio and a successful high school or art school application... SM ART BROOKLYN offers after-school studio intensives specifically designed to help middle school students prepare for admission to portfolio audition high schools throughout the city, and high school students prepare for application to art school. In carefully structured sessions students work with a variety of art materials and processes to develop essential studio skills: drawing the figure and the still life from observation, and working from memory and imagination. Test preparation is also offered.
