Most of our properties are distressed and in poor repair when we acquire them. We make a complete assessment on defficiencies and needs--from foundation to painting. Certified foundation repair, electrical repairs, and plumbing repairs are all performed prior to the application of cosmetic improvements. Walls are sometimes moved to allow open spaces that are more usable. Aesthetic qualities are added to make a more pleasurable space and living experience.
