Alan Murray

Alan is a highly experienced financial management professional from the hotel and Leisure sectors with strong, hands on operational experience of managing hotel businesses in buoyant and difficult circumstances. Alan is a capable communicator able to work at all levels from Board to banks/investors and at operational level. Alan fully understands the science around leveraging maximum value out of any hotel operation through applying robust financial management protocols and practices.

Caroline Prosser

Caroline has many years experience working with clients in the commercial and education sector, including many well-known household names. Caroline specialises in all aspects of employment law and education law. She also specialises in investigations for corporate clients, educational institutions and other public bodies. Caroline completed her law degree at the University of Liverpool and graduated with a 2.1 honours. Caroline decided to remain local and attended the College of Law to complete her qualifications gaining a distinction in 2003.

Julian Tee

Julian has a wealth of experience attained over the last 30 years in hospitality. As an operator, General Manager and Company Director of a small group of hotels, some owned and some operated under management agreements, plus a stint as Director of Asset Management for a London based investment company, practical and strategic exposure to the hotel sector has been gained. Specialising now in strategic guidance and advice to, predominantly, independent hotels and small groups of hotels, Julian is a result-oriented clear communicator, accustomed to dealing with staff at all levels, Owners, Directors, lenders and investors and working with all parties to maximise the value of the hotel asset across the lifecycle of the business.

Nick Burton-Howat

For the last 16 years, Nick has actively managed, promoted and advised on hotel development and ownership, taking interim executive roles in the UK and Africa, as well as conducting discrete consulting assignments for clients that include HNWIs and a sovereign wealth fund. Nick is dedicated to optimising opportunities for owners, using a 360 approach to ensure that the client and the opportunity are both aligned for success.

Nicola Trew

Nicola has worked in the hospitality industry for nearly 30 years. She has gained extensive ‘hands on' experience in Events, Sales and Marketing and having been trained in the US in 2001 has since focussed her career on Revenue Management. She has been consulting in this field for the last 15 years. During the course of her career she has worked across a range of hotels from large corporate chains to small independently owned boutique hotels. From 5-star golf and spa resorts to city centre budget hotels. Unlike the traditional Revenue Manager, Nicola is creative and thinks ‘outside of the box'. She works with the hotel teams to think more on a global basis, looking for revenue opportunities on a continual basis.

Steve Stuart

Steve has a wealth of experience in all disciplines of Marketing spanning over a decade in a range of different Industries including Hospitality. Steve has worked with Yvonne for over 5 years on several successful projects and his specialisms include PR, Event Management, Digital and CRM Marketing, Print Management and Advertising.

Yvonne Jackson as CEO of Condor Hotels Ltd is a ‘hands on' business consultant specialising in the Hotel & Leisure Industry. During her highly successful thirty year career Yvonne has held many significant senior roles including General Manager of 4 star de-luxe Hotels with Q Hotels, Hilton Hotels and DeVere Hotels, CEO Yvonne Jackson Conference and Hotels Booking Agency, an independent Hotel Owner Operator, Operations Director and Interim CEO Resident Hotels, together with a number of presently held Non Exec. and Managing Director roles within the hotel, golf, hospitality and leisure industry. Yvonne's principal focus is on developing and steering leadership teams through transformational change, improving operation effectiveness and efficiency, introducing, and installing the latest technology, marketing and media platforms and necessary legislative compliance. Yvonne brings solid and progressive broad-based experience as a hotel owner and hospitality executive holding senior positions with DeVere, Hilton International, Q Hotels, AHG and Nadler Hotels.
