Caroline Parsons

As Executive Assistant, Caroline plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the day-to-day affairs for Mrs Buckét, and is based at our Swansea HQ. Caroline wears multiple hats, excelling in managing the dynamic schedule of our CEO Rachael, while also providing invaluable high-level administrative support. Her adept organisational skills shine through as she expertly coordinates, distributes papers, and meticulously records minutes for both internal and board meetings. Caroline's commitment also extends to contributing to the efficient and effective functioning of the Senior Leadership Team. Caroline brings a wealth of experience to her role, having previously served as the Head of Admin/HR for a large furniture manufacturer. Her journey also includes time as a dedicated PA to senior management, where her knack for organisation and attention to detail truly came to the fore. "I really love organising! As an EA/PA, I love handling the details, and it feels great when my careful planning leads to success." Outside of work, Caroline enjoys being a mum to her two teenagers. On weekdays, she's busy cooking, cleaning, and taking care of her family. Weekends are filled with football and family meals, often trying out new foods in different places. Sunday evenings are special for Caroline. The living room becomes a cozy space where Caroline, her two children, her husband and their dog gather together to enjoy snacks and popcorn - a great way to wrap up the week!

Claire Wise-Bradley

Claire is responsible for creating an environment where our people can thrive and grow. She works closely with our senior management team, consisting of finance and operations, to support in delivering our company objectives. Her role is both strategic and operational, identifying People priorities and recommending appropriate people management solutions, including developing and improving processes, learning and development opportunities, talent management and building a talent pipeline. She also supports our growth through onboarding and improving the client experience. Claire is an experienced HR professional, with over 9 years' experience across the hospitality and retail sectors.

Colin George

Job Titles:

Colin George gives our clients the confidence that their hygiene standards are met and their colleagues are in safe hands. As a Team Leader, Colin supports our area managers by making sure our team works effectively and efficiently. From ensuring they have the right equipment and cleaning chemicals to making sure we have the right amount of team members to carry out the work, Colin ensures our team has everything they need to deliver our commercial cleaning services and facilities to a high standard and to impress our clients. Always professional and trusting, Colin has maintained great relationships with our clients. In addition to supporting our teams, Colin educates our clients on the importance of maintaining high standards of hygiene in the workplace. By identifying what areas need improving and extra attention, Colin has transformed our clients' workplaces and have helped them to recognise the impact our services have had on their business. Colin also plays a vital part in training new team members at Mrs Buckét. I'm very much appreciative of the development and support we get from our management teams and colleagues. When Colin is not working, he enjoys cooking for family and friends, keeping active in the gym, and watching sport.

Emma Shepherd

As an Area Manager, Emma Shepherd's main role is to ensure that all our clients have a consistently fantastic experience with us, from the high standards of cleaning delivered through to the relationships they have with our cleaners. Emma is our main point of contact for any complaints or queries that clients may have, and she always resolves these quickly and efficiently. Alongside this, Emma continually looks at creative ways to improve our existing processes and explores any new services we could be offering.

Glenn Day

As Growth Manager, Glenn is responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing function for Mrs Buckét, building the company's growth strategy, also supporting new opportunities and business wins. With an emphasis on people and innovation, Glenn spends his days helping new and existing customers become ‘greener, leaner and cleaner.' With a background in sales, Glenn has spent most of his career as a Key or National Account Manager across a range of sectors, including within the hygiene industry. "Since joining, the agility of Mrs Buckét has been incredible. The business clearly has the best interests of its people at the core and heart of everything we do as a business. It is wonderful to be part of the next period of growth and development. The inclusion felt by everyone of the entire team is incredibly empowering for all involved, it's a fast paced business but still people focused. I'm finding the role genuinely exciting and I am looking forward to my time at Mrs Buckét." In his spare time, Glenn enjoys travelling, spending time with his family, getting out in the countryside with his dog, and fishing. With a background in engineering, he's also known as the local repair man, with neighbours often dropping off various items on his doorstep for him to fix. Anything with an engine finds its way to him from tractors to chainsaws.

Jane Boyle

As Area Manager, Jane works closely with clients across Caldicot, Monmouth, Abergavenny, Caerphilly and Cardiff. Jane joined Mrs Buckét with extensive experience as a Regional Manager within the cleaning industry, managing many sites in her previous role, including within the education sector. Her role involves overseeing a large staff team, supporting them with training and ensuring they have the tools they need to do the best possible job. Jane also works closely with our clients, ensuring that they are consistently receiving the highest standard of service by conducting regular audits. "I love interacting with people, so being able to interact with our staff as well as our clients on a daily basis is a real pleasure for me.

Jon Blakemore - CFO

Jon Blakemore is part of the Senior Management Team who is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, Jon heads up the Finance team and is focused on driving commercial results and the strategic goals for Mrs Buckét. As a chartered accountant, Jon has an impressive 30-year history within the finance sector, having worked for FTSE 100 and US corporations, venture capital-backed and both international and UK-based privately owned businesses in that time.

Kate Ablett

Kate joined Mrs Buckét as Head of People in February 2022 and is responsible for delivering the People Strategy for the organisation. Kate is focused on utilising developments in technology to give employees a great employee experience, as well as working with the senior management team to attract, grow and retain our people. Ensuring that our people have the best experience at Mrs Buckét is a key priority for Kate and her team.

Kate Williams

Working closely with our Operations and Recruitment Teams, Kate Williams is instrumental when it comes to welcoming and onboarding new staff into the business. Kate loves working with People and being a consistent point of contact for all new and existing staff members. Kate's role includes processing DBS checks, onboarding new staff and dealing with the multitude of queries and questions that she receives working within the HR Department.

Kayleigh Forbes Cavill

Marta Marciniak

Marta Marciniak is one of our area managers at Mrs Buckét and is responsible for ensuring we're always delivering the best service to our clients. With a background in establishing great working relationships with businesses and organisations, Marta knows exactly how to keep our clients and team happy. As part of our operations team, Marta delivers against our KPIs and supports the rest of the team, so that we can be confident that we're delivering five-star services to our clients. Marta ensures our team has the equipment and materials they need to deliver our services on time and to the highest standard. She will also provide day-to-day support to our team and arrange cover where needed. Michael Court

Michael Court oversees our finance department and analyses company performance to support the wider team's decision-making, objectives, and strategy. As Finance Manager, Michael manages our finances and supports the rest of the finance team in their roles. In addition, Michael is responsible for our accounting reports, budget preparation, and cash and profitability forecasting, as well as KPI performance analysis. Michael also gives the senior team the information they need to move forward. Michael's analysis of the cash flow and forecasting helps our team to make strategic decisions on our future and position as a leader in commercial cleaning services. Michael plays an integral part in helping our clients to succeed. Michael reviews our clients' KPIs to ensure we are delivering quality commercial cleaning services that meet their objectives. By keeping a close eye on our deliverables, we can reassure our clients that we're focused on keeping their customers and colleagues safe in the workplace, giving them time to focus on their business operations. Outside of work, you'll find Michael going on long walks, exploring the outdoors. Michael is a member of a running group too.

Rachael set up Mrs Buckét in 2005, at the age of 18, after spotting a gap in the market for a cleaning company that delivered consistently good services. Since then, Rachael has created an impressive management team that delivers a range of commercial cleaning services and facilities to businesses and organisations in both the public and private sectors. Rachael's passion for cleaning has helped drive the company to become one of the UK's leading commercial cleaning companies. Mrs Buckét is more than just a cleaning company - Rachael's vision has helped our clients to recognise the value we add to the success of their business and how our services can help to keep their teams happy and healthy. As part of the Head Office, Rachael oversees the management team who run the day to day operations at Mrs. Buckét. As a company that is always looking ahead, Rachael constantly reviews our business structure. Rachael looks at ways we can improve and innovate our services, so we can continue to stay ahead of our competitors and deliver the best services possible to our clients and provide the best experience for our colleagues. He collaborates closely with the People team to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding process aligned with the core values of Mrs. Buckét. Robert brings a wealth of experience from various customer-facing roles.

Ruth Young

With a keen eye for talent, Ruth Young helps seek out the very best individuals to join the Mrs Buckét team. Siwan Morgan

Siwan Morgan has responsibility for multiple elements within our Finance department and is the main link between the wider teams and finance. As Finance Assistant at Mrs Buckét, Siwan has responsibility for purchase & sales ledgers, bookkeeping, expenses, invoicing and bank reconciliations.

Sophie Harris

Working as part of the busy HR team, Sophie is instrumental in ensuring all positions are filled by advertising any vacancies, monitoring new applicants, and arranging interviews. Once team members are brought in, Sophie ensures a seamless onboarding experience for the new starters, and deals with any queries once they have settled in. She also helps spread the word on the benefits of working for Mrs Buckèt by attending careers fairs and other events.  Before joining Mrs Buckèt, most of Sophie's working life had been spent as a manager in the retail and hospitality sector.

Zoe Pugh

As our Customer Service Co-Ordinator, Zoe Pugh's responsibility is to ensure our clients receive the best possible service from us. From the minute we step through our clients doors to the last goodbye, she will be ensuring that our client's cleaning team is delivering the first-class service they deserve. With 5 year's Customer Service experience, Zoe is also our client's go-to person if they have any concerns or queries and her role will ensure these complaints or issues are recorded and resolved. Alongside this, Zoe ensures every new and existing site is satisfied with our service via surveys, check-in calls or emails.
