David is an accomplished businessman with over 30 years of extensive experience in the civil contracting industry both in Australia and Internationally. David oversees all operations and guides the direction of the company. Through his leadership AE Group has become a construction company that provides enhanced planning, construction control and accountability. David is experienced in bulk earthworks, dam construction, highways and roads construction, civil and drainage works, residential and commercial subdivisions.
A seasoned Professional Engineer of over 40 years, James has been instrumental in the development and growth of the company since coming aboard in 2008. His strengths lie in project leadership and management; strategic business development and planning. As Construction Manager, James has overseen most of our major projects comprising infrastructure, road works, structures, bridges, bulk earthworks, reclamation and mining.
Lorraine supports the company operations by maintaining the office systems and supervising our highly skilled administrative team. She excels in organizing, prioritising and delegating tasks effectively to ensure that all administrative work is managed competently, and in accordance with the companies changing priorities and deadlines.
A fully qualified Diesel Mechanic with extensive experience in the servicing and maintenance of a diverse range of heavy earthmoving equipment, Rod leads our team of internal fitters to ensure our fleet runs efficiently. Servicing and maintenance of our plant is performed either at AE's maintenance facility in Yatala, or mobile workshops located at our project sites. All servicing and maintenance procedures adhere to our strict QA, Safety and Environmental controls, and are recorded through our bespoke computerised Resource Tracking and Service Record integrated system.
