aloma A. Flores obtained two master's degrees in public administration and Oral trials in Criminal Law. She has a license to practice law in Mexico. She obtained degrees in Law and International Affairs from La Universidad Interamericana del Norte in Chihuahua City, in Mexico. Prior to joining California Trial Law Group, Paloma worked in the insurance field handling injury and death benefits claims. She possesses a good understanding of the claims process.

AUSTIN R. BOSWELL

Austin has an eye for details working on the workers' compensation cases since joining California Trial Law Group. He assists attorneys in all phases of worker's compensation claims, including client intake, filing for hearings, case evaluation, and trial. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies from Humphrey's University.

Camilo Salazar

Camilo Salazar is our specialist in medical records and medical bills. Salazar obtained a degree in civil engineering at EAFIT University in Medellin and has also taken different courses in advanced Excel management, public communication and program management. Our medical records specialist is completely bilingual and was the representative at his school, he is always willing to help our clients and communicate their needs.

Chang-Shik Shin ("Tom Shin"), Esq. graduated from UCLA and UC Hastings. He brings a wealth of legal knowledge to his work at California Trial Law Group advocating on behalf of injured persons. Tom has successfully represented both international and domestic corporate and individual clients in various U.S. District and State Courts in complex commercial and intellectual property litigation. As litigation director, Tom represented and directed cases with Bingham McCutchen and obtained a defense verdict involving a multi-million dollar commercial dispute. Tom represented an agent of LG Electronics in an international commercial dispute and obtained a defense verdict at the Central District Court in a dispute worth over a million-dollars. Tom also successfully defended a preliminary injunction motion filed by a national brand company in trademark infringement action at Central District Court and a patent infringement action in the New Jersey District Court. In association with the Bar Association of San Francisco, Tom has successfully represented, obtained, and collected judgments in commercial collection and torts cases.
