CRISP

The operative part of CRISP is ran by an international, steadily growing team, that is highly committed. The permanent staff consists of the Executive Directors, Project Coordinators, Trainees, European Volunteers and our Accountant. Furthermore we offer three month internships and also cooperate closely with external trainers... Our main fields of work are civic education and civil conflict management. We promote a critical transnational democratic culture, in which different groups engage in constructive dialogue to overcome conflicts... We work with like-minded organizations that share our vision. Within our projects we always work with motivated and capable partners. In general, our projects are funded by donors. Regarding diverse training offer, we already realized several formats with numerous different partner organizations from all over the world.
